Role & responsibilities

  • Generate Volume and Value Business in HORECA Division by major focus on secondary business.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens, Cafes, and Caterers.
  • Customer Mapping: Gauging potential of existing customers, mapping potential new customers and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting regular meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and provide sales forecasts and reports.
  • Promote and demonstrate company products to clients, ensuring proper placement and visibility.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
  • Collaborate with Supply chain, and logistics teams.
  • Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in FMCG sales in HORECA, Institutions will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure.
