Job Title: Business Development Manager (QSR)

Location: Odissa and Goa

Department: Business Development / Sales

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the brand presence in the QSR market.
  • Generate leads through field visits, corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Build and nurture client/customer relationships to achieve revenue growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Store & Staff Management:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor day-to-day store operations including order management, service quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and QSR safety standards.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns where necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Development, or Expansion (preferably in QSR/hospitality).
  • Knowledge of market mapping and commercial negotiations.Role & responsibilities
