Looking for AGM - Strategy & AOP for one of the Client based in Goa.

Co-develop cross functional strategic initiatives along with measures and targets.

Prepare detailed AOP for the business based on inputs provided by the departments.

Finalize Balanced Scorecard for the business and departments Goals ensuring alignment

Prepare and release a set of MIS to Internal & External Stakeholders.

Release monthly /quarterly/yearly reports to management incompliance to Concession Agreement.

Set agenda and Conduct Business Steering Committee Meetings on focus areas.

Provide strategic inputs including data & research to CEO, CFO and Legal head to effectively manage the interactions and submissions to the Regulator and Ministry.

Provide key inputs to finance and regulatory team.

Overall responsibility towards day-to-day functioning and administration of CEOs Office including all internal/external communications, approvals processes and business reviews.

Review performance and support CEO with strategic inputs to facilitate decisions making and drive select initiatives.

Prepare CEO presentations for all events, conferences & key meetings.

Plan and coordinate important visits and make required presentations to the visitors.

Conduct strategic research and generate insights on numerous areas, as required.

One of the key accountability of the role requiring regular interactions with Finance team is to facilitate tariff filing and strategic discussions with investors.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including substantial experience in financial modelling and valuation.

BE / MBA with good Institute, around 13-15 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure project management, project development, project advisory, project financing, advice on policy matters, commercial & regulatory aspects with exposure in Marketing & Business Development.
