General Manager-Accounts-Pharma Co-Goa

Candidate will be based at the Plant of a Pharmaceutical company at Goa location and will be responsible for the following points:
Key Responsibility:
Candidate should be responsible for handling finalization of Accounts, Taxation, Costing, Statutory Compliance etc.
Candidate will be responsible for finalization of accounts and Management and implementing strategies to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and manage inventory effectively.
Candidate will be responsible for financial reporting and Compliance for preparing financial statements, ensuring accurate accounting, and adhering to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Candidate will be responsible for capital Expenditure Management, evaluating and managing capital investments, ensuring they align with business objectives and maximize returns.
Candidate will be responsible for monitoring tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing financial data, and identifying areas for improvement.
Candidate will be responsible for team leadership and managing and developing the finance team, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Candidate will be responsible for strategic Planning and Contribute to the development and implementation of the plant's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Candidate will be responsible for risk Identifying and mitigating financial risks, implementing appropriate controls, and ensuring financial stability.
Required Candidate Profile:
Chartered Accountant with 12 to 15 years work experience in handling Accounts & Finance in the pharmaceutical industry. Understanding pharmaceutical industry regulations & compliance requirements.
Candidate should have well in working finalization of accounts and Management and implementing strategies to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and manage inventory effectively.
Candidate should have good experience in working on SAP.
You should be good in financial reporting and Compliance for preparing financial statements, ensuring accurate accounting, and adhering to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
You should have good knowledge in for monitoring tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing financial data, and identifying areas for improvement.
