General Manager (GM) - Goa

Location: Assagao / Morjim, Goa

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,00,000 (based on experience)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced **General Manager** to oversee our hospitality operations in Goa, including café, restaurant, and hotel divisions. The GM will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experience, financial performance, and team leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**
- Oversee end-to-end operations of the café, restaurant, and hotel property.
- Maintain service standards, hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with department heads (F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, front office, bar, HR).

**People & Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff.
- Drive team performance, motivation, and discipline.
- Create a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture.

**Financial & P&L Responsibility**
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and cost control targets.
- Prepare and monitor P&L, budgets, and financial reports.
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and sales.

**Guest Experience & Brand Management**
- Ensure consistent high-quality guest service.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Uphold brand identity and ensure memorable experiences for all guests.

**Sales & Marketing Support**
- Work with marketing team to boost footfall, events, and promotions.
- Build relationships with local partners, influencers, and vendors.

**Compliance & Administration**
- Ensure legal, statutory, and local compliance.
- Oversee vendor contracts, inventory, and procurement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **General Manager / Hotel Manager / Operations Head** in hospitality (hotel, café, or restaurant group).
- Strong knowledge of F&B, guest relations, and property management.
- Financial acumen with P&L handling experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Goa market exposure preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends / hospitality hours.
