Role Overview

We're looking for a Asst. Manager Sales who knows how hotels work – OTA, channel managers, booking engines, digital marketing, and tech solutions.

Someone who knows the hotel ecosystem and can talk confidently to GMs, revenue managers, owners, and DOSMs.

What You'll Do

  • Identify & acquire new hotel clients across Goa.
  • Pitch digital marketing, revenue growth, and tech-driven solutions to hotels.
  • Understand hotel pain points: OTAs, direct bookings, reputation, social media, website, revenue leaks.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and sales teams.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho).
  • Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Who Should Apply

  • 2–4 years experience in hotel sales, OTA, hotel tech, hospitality SaaS, channel manager, CRS, or hotel digital marketing.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Understanding of how hotels manage revenue, bookings, OTAs, and marketing.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and ready to build Goa market with us.
  • Should have existing hotel network in Goa (preferred).
