Opening: Admission Head/Manager RISE International School

Role & responsibilities : Admissions Strategy & Process Management
• Oversee the end-to-end admissions process from lead generation to student onboarding.
• Design and implement data-driven enrollment strategies aligned with school targets.
• Ensure an engaging, parent-focused admissions journey with timely follow-ups and personalized communication. 2. Parent Engagement & Counseling
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, offering consultations and personalized school tours.
• Clearly communicate the schools vision, curriculum, facilities, and unique offerings.
• Organize and host parent events, including open houses, orientation sessions, and info meets.
• Build rapport with current parents to encourage referrals and strengthen community trust. 3. Lead Generation & Conversion
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate inquiries through digital campaigns, community outreach, and school events.
• Monitor inquiry-to-admission conversions and optimize the admissions funnel.
• Track data and follow up using CRM and internal tools. 4. Team Leadership
• Supervise and train admissions counselors and front desk staff.
• Set team goals, monitor KPIs, and review performance periodically.
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent communication approach across all parent touchpoints. 5. PR & Communications
• Coordinate media coverage for school events, achievements, and milestones.
• Build relationships with local journalists, bloggers, and influencers to enhance school visibility.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging in internal and external communications. 6. Corporate Tie-Ups & Community Outreach
• Identify and build partnerships with corporates, housing societies, and community organizations.
• Represent the school at expos, fairs, and promotional events to build awareness and attract potential families.
• Coordinate sponsorships and collaborations that align with the schools values and offerings. 7. Data & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and timely records of admissions data and performance analytics.
• Share regular reports with leadership on trends, projections, and areas for improvement.
• Leverage insights to refine enrollment strategies and improve service. 8. Cross-functional Coordination
• Liaise with academic, operations, and finance teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Coordinate on fee collections, documentation, and transition planning for new admissions.
• Support school leadership in developing a cohesive admissions and brand experience.
