We're looking for a go-getter Business Development Specialist who's ready to amplify our presence, strategize for scale, and take our brand into new territories.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive the growth engine :

Use your understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to grow our visibility and voice - Sell creatively :
Use your expertise in content selling and concept selling to win over new business - Build relationships that matter:
Establish strong, trust-based connections with current and potential clients. - Pitch with power:
Present compelling ideas that reflect client needs, market trends, and our unique voice. - Track & grow revenue:

What We're Looking For:
- 0-4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a content, media, or digital agency.
- Strong knowledge of content and concept selling
- Sharp strategic thinking - understands the full funnel from lead to conversion.
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with ideas, energy, and drive.
- Bonus if you've worked on influencer-led campaigns, digital IPs, or social-first strategies.
