Patient Relation Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with courtesy and compassion from entry to exit.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support teams (Admission, Billing, Pharmacy, Housekeeping, etc.) for smooth OPD/IPD services.
- Handle patient queries, calls, and communication between patients and medical staff.
- Guide patients on hospital protocols, facilities, rights & responsibilities.
- Support in admission, discharge, billing, and documentation (MLC, LAMA, incident reports).
- Track patient details, collect feedback, and support quality improvement programs.
- Manage floor operations, patient flow, and respond to emergencies as per hospital policy.
Candidate Profile
- Any graduate (Life Sciences/Hospital Admin preferred).
- 2-5 years experience; hospital/healthcare/front office preferred, fresher's welcome.
- Good communication in English & Tamil.
- Patient-friendly, empathetic, and courteous.
- Basic computer knowledge & ability to coordinate with teams.
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle pressure.
