We need Customer Relationship Officers for all our Chennai branches - Nungambakkam, Adyar, Chrompet, Vadapalani & Nungambakkam
Customer Relationship Officer Patient Care is responsible for ensuring a smooth, courteous, and efficient patient experience from the moment they arrive at the branch to the time they leave. This role acts as the first point of contact and provides end-to-end support, helping patients navigate registration, sample collection, billing, and report delivery processes while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival and assist them through the service process.
Coordinate with patients through registration, billing, sample collection, and report collection areas.
Coordinate with laboratory, front office, and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Provide accurate information to patients regarding tests, procedures, wait times, and report delivery.
Address patient queries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Ensure the waiting area is orderly and patients are attended to in a timely manner.
Monitor patient flow and reduce bottlenecks to enhance service efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company protocols, patient confidentiality, and hygiene standards.
Collect patient feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, life sciences, or hospitality (preferred).
5 years of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably in diagnostics, healthcare, or hospital settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using basic computer systems and patient management software.
