What You'll Do

  • Own Retargeting Strategy:
    Lead our retargeting channels (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email) to maximize engagement & conversions.
  • Leverage Existing Databases:
    Unlock new revenue opportunities by running high-impact campaigns to our customer base.
  • Optimize the Funnel:
    Understand the customer journey inside-out and enhance every stage for better performance.
  • Smart Channel Selection:
    Identify the best communication mix for different customer segments.
  • End-to-End Execution:
    Plan, launch, monitor & optimize campaigns—delivering results that speak for themselves.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of proven experience in
    growth marketing / performance marketing
    , with deep focus on
    retargeting
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with
    SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and Email platforms
    .
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize
    targeted multi-product email campaigns
    .
  • Strong in
    segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
    to maximize engagement.
  • Skilled at maintaining
    list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance
    (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Collaborative: Can work with design/content teams to craft compelling campaigns.
  • Analytical + Creative: You can read funnels like a pro, but also know how to craft hooks that convert.
  • Ownership mindset:
    A self-starter who thrives on accountability and driving real revenue.
