Role Overview

We are seeking a
Performance Marketing Specialist
to own and scale paid media campaigns across social, search, and digital platforms. This role is for someone who thrives on data-driven decisions, loves experimenting with ad formats, and knows how to turn budget into measurable ROI. You'll work closely with the strategy and creative teams to build campaigns that are not only optimized for clicks, but also aligned with brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across
    Google SEM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Own the
    end-to-end campaign lifecycle
    — from keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing to optimization and reporting.
  • Manage budgets effectively to deliver strong ROI and
    lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; generate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns reflect the
    brand narrative + growth objectives.
  • Stay up to date on
    new ad formats, platform changes, and performance marketing best practices.

Ideal Profile

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in
    performance marketing / digital media buying.
  • Proven track record of running
    high-ROI paid campaigns
    on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Strong knowledge of
    A/B testing, conversion funnels, and bid optimization.
  • Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Creative mindset to pair with analytical skills — able to test bold ideas with data discipline.
  • Agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
