Role Description

Performance Marketing Specialist (Quick Commerce + Programmatic + Meta + Google Ads)

Location:

Noida/Hybrid

Experience Required:

2 – 5 years (experience in digital media planning, reporting, and data analytics preferred)


Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid media campaigns across Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), Programmatic Ads (DV360, other DSPs), Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data-driven marketing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and analyzing campaigns to deliver ROI-focused results for multiple FMCG and D2C brands.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Planning & Execution

Create, launch, and manage campaigns on:

Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Instamart Ads)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Ads (Search, Display, Video/YouTube, Shopping)

Programmatic platforms (DV360 / other DSPs)

Work with brand managers & creative teams to ensure ad creatives and messaging are aligned with campaign goals.

Setup tracking pixels, UTM tagging, and conversion events across platforms.

  1. Performance Optimization

Continuously monitor campaigns and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROI.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.

Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns on the most efficient channels.

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Analyze campaign performance across platforms to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and CAC.

Use data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Excel dashboards) for clear presentation of results.

  1. Media Planning & Budgeting

Create digital media plans with platform-wise budget allocation.

Forecast spends, plan media calendars, and align with seasonal brand campaigns.

Work closely with finance and strategy teams to justify spends and ensure cost efficiency.

  1. Market & Competitor Analysis

Research competitors' digital activities, quick commerce presence, and media spends.

Recommend innovative campaign ideas based on market trends and benchmarks.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Must-have:

Hands-on experience with Quick Commerce Ads (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)

Experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic campaigns

Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Excel

Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights

Experience in preparing detailed media plans & reports

Knowledge of remarketing, audience segmentation, and attribution models


Soft Skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams and external vendors

  • Experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in programmatic advertising is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
