Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled professional who can design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards to track and analyze the performance of social media advertising, programmatic media buying, and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing analytics, reporting automation, and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dashboard Development & Management

  • Create interactive dashboards that consolidate data from Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic platforms (DV360, Amazon DSP, etc.).
  • Automate campaign performance reports with KPIs such as impressions, reach, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Develop monthly/weekly dashboard templates for internal and client reporting.

2. Data Integration & Analysis

  • Extract campaign performance data from ad platforms, Google Analytics, and third-party trackers.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across channels.
  • Provide actionable insights based on campaign results.

3. Visualization & Reporting

  • Design clean, easy-to-understand dashboards in Excel, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Build drop-down filters (time period, campaign, platform, region, etc.) for deeper analysis.
  • Generate comparative insights across campaigns and platforms (organic vs. paid, platform-wise performance, etc.).

4. Optimization Support

  • Highlight underperforming campaigns and share data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Work with media and creative teams to refine targeting and spend allocation.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Programmatic Platforms (DV360, Amazon DSP, etc.).
  • Expertise in dashboard and reporting tools: Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), tracking, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) for manual reporting.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or data connectors is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing reporting/analytics.
