Performance Marketing Expert

to join our team and take ownership of managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
    Google Ads and Meta Ads

for e-commerce clients.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and growth objectives are met.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, clearly communicating what has been done, results achieved, scope for improvement, and planned next steps.

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for scaling campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience

in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, specifically for
e-commerce brands

.

  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to explain strategies, performance results, and improvement plans to clients.

  • Based in
    Noida

(mandatory).

  • No remote work / work from home option
