About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), OTT platforms, programmatic networks, and other emerging channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and data-driven, with hands-on experience in scaling campaigns and driving measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, OTT, and affiliate networks.
  • Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion) tailored to campaign objectives.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.), and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align ad creatives and landing pages with performance goals.
  • Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ad platform updates, algorithm changes, and performance marketing best practices.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages for continuous optimization.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting wins and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) running paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, OTT, and digital ad networks.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, tracking tools, and attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and tracking pixels.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and scaling campaigns efficiently.
  • Knowledge of programmatic buying/DSPs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
