Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Noida. The Performance Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include managing paid media channels, leveraging analytics to optimize ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaign strategy and execution. This role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, experimenting with new channels, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media channels
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools like Google Analytics and Excel for performance tracking and reporting
  • Experience in creating and optimizing PPC campaigns, managing budgets, and maximizing ROI
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization is a bonus
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and deliver consistent results
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
