Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and conversion rates using A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reports.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and audience segmentation for better engagement.
  • Work closely with the SEO team to ensure synergy between paid and organic strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in workspace solutions, real estate, or B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
