About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and accountable Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role demands a data-driven growth marketer with a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing activities to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take full ownership of campaigns, and consistently deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other paid platforms.
  • Drive user acquisition and conversion for AstroSage and AstroSageAI, ensuring cost-effective ROI.
  • Manage and scale campaigns for SEO, ASO, remarketing, programmatic ads, and affiliate networks.
  • Continuously analyze data to improve CAC, ROAS, LTV and other key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, track performance metrics, and prepare performance reports for leadership.
  • Identify new growth opportunities (emerging channels, influencer partnerships, regional campaigns).
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C digital platform or consumer tech company.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, ASO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize in real-time.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and automation tools.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision.
