Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Noida. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms, analyzing data-driven insights to improve campaign performance, and developing strategies for audience targeting and segmentation. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and staying updated with industry trends to implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation strategies, and digital marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
