Job DescriptionLead ISDMs digital and performance marketing efforts across admissions (PGP-DM), branding, and institutional campaigns (WoB, RBPM, DoDM).Balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution to design, run, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.Drive end-to-end campaign ownership, from audience insights execution reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Campaign ManagementDesign and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (admissions + branding).Translate audience insights, personas, and demographics into targeted campaigns.Manage annual performance marketing budgets (> INR 50L) with accountability for conversions for admissions).Performance Marketing ExecutionSet up and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, etc.Define KPIs, monitor daily, and pivot strategies using data-driven insights.Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with ROI and funnel analysis.Creative & CopyDevelop and review campaign messaging, headlines, and ad copy.Collaborate with design/video teams for high-performing assets.Data & AnalyticsAnalyze dashboards and reports to identify trends and opportunities.Recommend funnel improvements to reduce CPL and increase conversions.Stakeholder & Process ManagementCoordinate with admissions, design, and content teams to align campaigns.Manage external agencies/vendors, ensuring accountability and results.Establish campaign calendars, review cycles, and reporting rhythms.Qualification and SkillsExperience: 812 years in performance marketing, with at least 3–4 years in senior/lead roles.Sectoral Fit: Strongly preferred — education or social sector campaigns.Proven Track Record: Managed budgets > INR 50L and delivered significant conversion outcomes.Must-Have Competencies:Audience research, personal building, demographic targeting.Copywriting for performance ads.Data analytics, reporting, and actionable insights.Budget management and B2C funnel optimization.Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.Technical Expertise:LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Analytics.CRM tools (Meritto, Zoho or equivalent).SEO fundamentals, Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).Canva (basic editing and collaboration).
