We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Noida | Full-time

Are you a data-driven digital marketer who loves scaling campaigns and maximising ROI?

At The Formularx, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (3–5 years experience) to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute & optimise campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)

  • Continuously test ad creatives, audience segments, placements & bidding strategies

  • Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximise ROI & ROAS

  • Collaborate with creative & web teams for aligned communication and landing page optimisation

  • Drive full-funnel paid campaigns – from awareness to re-targeting to conversions

  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and industry trends

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Meta & Google ad accounts

  • Proven track record of maintaining a minimum ROAS of 3+

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce & D2C performance metrics (CAC, LTV, CTR, AOV, etc.)

  • Expertise in re-targeting strategies, custom audiences, and lookalike campaigns

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, GA4 & Meta Ads Manager

  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus

  • Knowledge of Amazon Ads & other e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage
