Roles and Responsibilities

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify and qualify potential leads, initiate contact through calling, and nurture relationships to drive business growth. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation.

  • Presenting CyberSWIFT's solutions/ services to prospective customers & developing sales leads

  • Knowledge & experience in Cold calling, Lead Generation, Closure Sales, Selling techniques, market research etc.

§ Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

  • Identify potential leads through research, networking, and industry analysis.

  • Analyse market trends, customers' needs and competitive offerings and convincing client

  • Build, manage and penetrate accounts to promote new business development activities.

  • Effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our target customer profile.

  • Implement strategies to nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further follow-up.

  • Provide relevant information to prospects and educate them on the benefits of our solutions / services.

  • Document and update lead information accurately in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, reach effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Years of Business Development experience.

  • Must have experience in research, calls, e-mail to generate new leads.

  • Must have experience in software solution and services market.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills with impeccable presentation skills.

  • Self-starter who is willing to take ownership.

  • Good understanding of emerging technologies in the software development field.

  • Superior time management and very organized with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; a strong phone/video presence is required.

Qualification Required:

  • Must having highest qualification as - BE/BTech (CSE, IT, ISE, ECE, E&TC) or BCA / MCA or BSc-IT / MSc-IT or MBA (Marketing) or Degree or Graduation with Diploma in Geoinformatics / GIS / Remote Sensing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
