Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Manager
to lead and oversee the growth of Apollo University programs through Wheelers Global Study Abroad. The role involves managing franchise activities, driving franchise expansion, and spearheading marketing and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end
franchise operations
for Apollo University courses. - Drive
franchise expansion
by identifying new markets, partners, and opportunities. - Develop and execute
marketing strategies
to promote Apollo University programs. - Conduct
market research
and competitor analysis to support decision-making. - Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the university, franchise partners, and internal teams.
- Achieve set targets for enrollments, revenue, and franchise development.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management on progress and challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in Business Development, Franchise Management, or related roles. - Candidates with experience in the education/overseas education sector will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge of
marketing and market research practices
. - Proven track record of achieving sales and expansion targets.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
