Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (B2C and B2B) through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Explain VedLearning's training and certification programs and guide clients toward suitable courses.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual learners and corporate clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets with a focus on quality engagement.
- Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure all communication is tracked properly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills
(English proficiency is a must). - Strong
sales and negotiation abilities
. - Confidence in handling international clients (US, Europe, and Middle East markets).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
