Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, provide support to students, and maintain strong relationships with our learners and corporate clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a seamless learning and service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for students, prospects, and corporate clients.
  • Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, messages) and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students by offering guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
  • Maintain student records and update CRM systems with accuracy.
  • Assist in enrollment, course coordination, and resolving student queries.
  • Collect feedback from students and ensure continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
  • Follow up with prospects and support in lead nurturing.
  • Support in retention and engagement activities for existing students.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or academic counseling (preferred in education/training sector).
  • Strong communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati) and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
