**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive at SWEET DREAMS Ahmedabad. The role involves managing customer satisfaction, developing business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, nurturing client relations, and effective communication on a daily basis.

**Qualifications**
- Confirm and verify COD orders with customers. Manage order status, cancellations, Exchange and refunds.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining Customer high satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. Reduce RTO rates through effective communication and feedback.

Bachelor's degree in any field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
