POSITION: Customer Relationship Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Identifying new Project lead
Online Meeting with clients and explaining products
Regularly follow up with existing clients
Providing Pre-sales and Pro sales support
To be able to manage the responsibilities assigned to the job role
Energetic, willing to learn and grow
Should have excellent communication skills in English.
Excellent analytical, written, verbal communication, and documentation skills.
Should know basic office software (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).
Should be able to work independently and in team as well.
Should be able to handle Domestic and International clients.

Job brief
We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and overachieving Customer Relationship Executive with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives.

You will be responsible for selling to new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the overall sales team and business success.

Salary Package: 2,50,000-4,20,000 INR based on experience and qualification. Incentives & Allowance will be attractive based on their performance.

Experience: Freshers or more than 4 years.
