**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to maintain and update customer information and interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our properties and services
- Assist in the documentation process for property sales and rentals
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates to the management team
- Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a real estate company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Ahmedabad, Gujarat is a plus
