**Position Overview**:
As a **Customer Relationship Executive** at **8Sense**, you will be the key liaison between our clients and creative teams, ensuring a smooth workflow, clear communication, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your role will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our design solutions exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement & Relationship Building**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their branding and design needs.

**Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects as per client requirements.
- Track project progress, address any challenges, and keep clients updated regularly.

**Strategic Input**:

- Understand client goals and provide insights to align creative solutions with their business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new services to existing clients.

**Feedback & Improvement**:

- Gather client feedback on projects and services to continuously improve client satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.

**Business Development Support**:

- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients seamlessly.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum **4 years of experience** in client servicing or customer relationship management within a branding and design agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of branding, graphic design processes, and industry trends.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
