**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Manager
**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- **Customer Support**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and queries promptly and professionally.
- **Client Retention**: Implement strategies to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- **Account Management**: Understand each client’s business goals and provide customized solutions to help them achieve those objectives.
- **Follow-ups & Feedback**: Regularly follow up with clients to check satisfaction levels and gather feedback for service improvement.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive client experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- **Reporting**: Track and report customer feedback and account health to management for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience in customer service or relationship management (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Must be based in Ahmedabad

**Education & Experience**:

- Any graduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in brand consulting, IT, or marketing)
