Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and polite Client Relationship Executive who will handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead coordination. You will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, qualifying leads and scheduling final meetings for our Director.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call and follow up with leads generated.

2. Qualify leads and maintain proper follow-up records in Excel/CRM.

3. Explain basic company services (training will be provided).

4. Schedule final meetings for senior management.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

2. Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or client handling.

3. Confident, polite, and good at building rapport.

4. Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email).
