
Client Relationship Executive- B2B

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Executive to join our team as a B2B Visa Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to drive our visa consulting services. Your primary goal will be to enhance client satisfaction and expand our network.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and other potential partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector related to visa consulting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to prospective partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the visa consulting industry.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, webinars, and workshops to showcase our services.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or relationship management, preferably in the education or visa consulting sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
