**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive** to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will find and create new business opportunities, clearly explain our products and services, and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain and show how our products and services can help clients in a simple and helpful way.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients so they come back and refer others.
- Understand what clients need and suggest the best solutions for their business.
- Negotiate with clients, close deals, and meet or beat your sales targets.
- Keep clear and up-to-date records of your sales activities, leads, and client talks using **CRM tools**.
- Stay informed about what’s new in the industry, new technologies, and what competitors are doing.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in any field.
- **1-3 years** of experience in **B2B sales**.
- Good experience in selling products/services, explaining them to clients, and finding new leads.
- Motivated to reach your targets and always have a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work well alone and also as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
