We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for engaging with business clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive value and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Present company products and services effectively to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
