**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition & Onboarding**:

- Identify and onboard potential business clients.
- Explain the features and benefits of Biizline to users in simple terms.

2. **Sales & Revenue Growth**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

3. **Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with business owners to encourage repeat usage.
- Provide support and guidance to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

4. **Market Research**:

- Understand customer needs and market trends.
- Gather feedback from users and suggest improvements to the product team.

5. **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English**.
- Ability to explain technical products in a **simple and relatable manner**.
- Field sales experience is a plus.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile and web apps.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B sales is a plus.
- Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
