**Responsibilities (not limited to)**:
Client Interaction:

- Understand client needs and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Address complaints, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up.

Feedback and Improvement:

- Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to relevant departments.
- Contribute to process improvements based on customer input.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (fashion industry role preferable).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Empathy and patience when dealing with client inquiries.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
