**Customer Relationship Executive - Loan and Collection**

**Position**: Customer Relationship Executive

**Industry**: Real Estate

**Experience**: 4-6 years in a similar customer service or relationship management role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers regarding their loans, property purchases, and any related updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, and operations) to ensure accurate information and timely resolution of customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and communications for future reference.
- Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Stay updated on the company’s property offerings, loan procedures, and other relevant details to assist customers effectively.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).

2. **Experience**:

- 4-6 years of experience in a customer service or relationship management role, preferably in the real estate or financial services sector.

3. **Communication Skills**:

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the local language to cater to diverse customer demographics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
