As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will serve as the face of our company, delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction. Your role will involve addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction**:

- Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

**Feedback and Improvement**:

- Collect client feedback and insights, providing valuable information to relevant departments for improvement.
- Contribute to process enhancements based on customer feedback to optimize overall service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (experience in the fashion industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Strong problem-solving skills with patience and empathy when managing client inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
