- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers
- Understanding customer needs and preferences, and providing excellent customer service
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Handling customer conflicts or escalations in a calm and professional manner
- Proactively engaging with customers, identifying their pain points, and offering solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Collecting feedback from customers through surveys, interviews, or other means
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
