Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long

term relationships with premium clients, ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience. The

role focuses on personalized client engagement, after-sales service, and customer retention to

enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with premium clients through calls, WhatsApp, and digital communication.

  • Maintain a centralized customer database, including purchase history, preferences, important dates, and styling notes.

  • Coordinate with designers for:

· Special/custom orders

· Alterations & production updates

· Delivery timelines and dispatch status

  • Ensure smooth after-sales service including follow-ups, feedback collection, payment collection and complaint resolution.

  • Support event coordination for designer trunk shows, previews, and private

appointments.

  • Collaborate with marketing for customer engagement campaigns and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Fashion Management, Retail, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing or CRM in luxury retail or designer fashion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180, ₹360,000.00 per year
