Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Raipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, cross-selling products, and ensuring smooth transactions. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will work closely with teams to support customer onboarding, retention, and business growth efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills to manage and retain client relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with experience in cross-selling financial solutions such as loans and deposits.
  • Proficiency in analyzing client needs and providing customized financial advice and support.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in banking or client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and a strong understanding of financial compliance will be advantageous.
