Position Summary:
Were looking for a Business Development Manager (Invitations) to lead a team of BDAs and TLs responsible for inviting and qualifying prospective learners for office demos and career sessions. Youll manage the entire invitation funnel, ensuring high-quality walk-ins and driving strong collaboration across lead generation and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of BDAs/TLs for lead qualification & invitation management.
- Drive invite-to-show and call-to-visit conversions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, track KPIs, and improve funnel efficiency.
- Collaborate with lead gen and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
- Analyze data and report on invites, walk-ins, and conversions.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Qualification (preferably in EdTech or B2C).
- Proven experience managing teams (TLs/BDAs).
- Strong communication in English + one regional language (Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya, Malayalam etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, dashboards, and data-driven sales processes.
Work Details:
- Location: WFO (Madhya Pradesh / West Bengal / Gujarat / Odisha / Kerala)
- Timings: 11:00 AM 9:00 PM
- Days: 6-day work week (rotational week-offs)
- Training Location: Hyderabad
