As a Business Development Head, you oversee the entire business development function within your organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other companies, organizations, or stakeholders to enhance the company's product offerings, distribution channels, or market reach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver value-added solutions and foster long-term partnerships.
- New Business Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new clients, customers, or contracts through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, pricing strategies, and sales techniques, ensuring the profitability of new business ventures.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred) 2. Should have 4+ years in business development, sales, or strategic leadership roles, with proven success in driving growth 3. Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and financial acumen, with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools 4. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities with a visionary mindset5.
