About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager / Head to lead our branding, communication, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller with proven expertise in building impactful brands, driving clear and consistent communication, and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branding & Communication

  • Develop and execute brand strategy to strengthen market presence.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (online & offline).

  • Craft compelling narratives and content for internal and external communication.

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

  • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy.

  • Digital Marketing

  • Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Oversee content marketing, website management, and digital branding initiatives.

  • Track, measure, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.

  • Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a marketing team.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Build relationships with external partners, media, and agencies.

Required Skills & Strengths

  • Strong expertise in branding and communication (personal strength).
  • Hands-on working knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Exposure to digital-first businesses is an advantage.
