Job Description: Marketing Head 1 position
Location: Mumbai | Reports To: Head
Overview
The Marketing Head will lead the strategy, execution, and oversight of all marketing efforts for
the trade fair. This role focuses on driving attendance, exhibitor participation, and overall event
success through digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the marketing plan, KPIs, and budget.
- Branding: Oversee trade fair branding and ensure consistent messaging across all
channels.
- Digital Marketing: Execute campaigns across social media, email, and web, leveraging
SEO, SEM, and paid media.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Build relationships with sponsors and exhibitors, creating
tailored marketing packages.
- PR & Media: Handle media relations, secure press coverage, and engage industry
influencers.
- Event Promotion: Maximize registrations with engaging pre-event and on-site activities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor the marketing team and align efforts with event operations.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze post-event performance for
continuous improvement.
- Onsite Management: Ensure branding consistency and manage live content creation
during the event.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (Masters preferred).
- 7+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in event marketing, digital strategies, and budget management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and event management tools.
- Industry knowledge and innovative thinking are a plus.
