Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote travel services, packages, and experiences.

Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) to maximize reach.

Build and maintain partnerships with travel influencers, bloggers, and industry experts.

Oversee content creation, including blogs, videos, and social media posts, to engage travel enthusiasts.

Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.

Collaborate with sales teams to design and execute promotional activities that drive conversions.

Manage advertising budgets and measure ROI for all marketing activities.

Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including travel fairs, events, and collaborations.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Drive brand positioning and enhance customer loyalty through personalized engagement strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years in marketing, preferably in the travel & tourism industry.

Expertise in: Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, PPC, Google Ads, CRM, and Data Analytics.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique campaigns for different travel segments.

Passion for travel and understanding of travel consumer behavior.

Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
