(11.2) Process payroll including salary structure, deductions, and reimbursements.
(11.3) Ensure timely filing and compliance of Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Labour Welfare Fund.
(11.4) Handle employee income tax declarations, Form 16, and payroll-related statutory compliance.
(11.5) Draft and maintain Human Resource (HR) policies, appointment letters, and other employee documents.
(11.6) Assist in employee onboarding, background verification, and statutory registration.
(11.7) Ensure compliance with labour laws, Shops & Establishments Act, and other employment regulations.
(11.8) Liaise with statutory authorities for inspections, audits, and queries.
