Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, implementing sales strategies, managing dealership sales teams, and ensuring achievement of monthly and yearly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to deliver consistent sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase retail and corporate sales.
- Monitor daily sales operations, lead generation, and customer conversion.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and referrals.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, documentation, and CRM usage.
- Coordinate with OEMs for targets, reporting, and promotional programs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation to sales staff.
- Drive customer satisfaction, showroom experience, and brand standards.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 15 years overall experience, including 10 years in automobile sales.
- Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and dealership environments.
Preferred Attributes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and team-building capability.
- Market-savvy with strong understanding of automobile sales cycles.
