**Telecaller - Roles and ResponsibilitiesRoles**
- Act as the first point of contact between the company and potential or existing customers.
- Promote products or services through outbound/inbound calls.
- Build customer relationships and generate leads for the sales team.
- Provide information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- **Outbound/Inbound Calling**:

- Make calls to prospective or existing customers.
- Respond promptly to incoming customer calls.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
- Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales team.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- **Data Management**:

- Update customer information in CRM/records accurately.
- Maintain call logs and reports for tracking performance.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Work towards maximizing revenue and business growth.
- **Communication & Feedback**:

- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign effectiveness.
- **Compliance**:

- Follow company policies and telephone etiquette.
- Adhere to quality and script guidelines during calls.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
